This year's Coastal Restoration Trust of New Zealand's conference will be based in Warkworth, north of Auckland. The theme is Living with Dynamic Shorelines. There will be an abundance of information sharing by coastal scientists, local experts and practitioners, iwi representatives, coast care volunteers, students and interested members of the community.

There will be fieldtrips to Tāwharanui Regional Park and Open Sanctuary, Muriwai (west coast) and Orewa, Wenderholm, Te Arai (east coast).

There will be a CoastalRestoration101 workshop at Orewa on the day before the conference. Separate registration is required for this. This workshop is kindly sponsored by the Department of Conservation.
